All sales are final on cut material, closeouts, used equipment, special orders, custom dye work and on items listed as final sale or closeout.

For other items, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase.  Items must be in resalable condition with all original parts and packaging intact and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.  Kits must be unopened to be considered resalable.

For online orders, a return shipping label will be provided at the buyers expense.   Buyer must contact shop for return shipping label

We're located in the historic Nonotuck Silk Mill in the beautiful village of Florence, Massachusetts.  While we are well known as suppliers of high-quality wool for rug hooking and braiding enthusiasts, our woolens are also perfect for applique or quilting.  We are one of the few true wool fabric shops in the area!

Our staff has extensive experience in the areas of rug hooking and braiding; we can help at any point in your project.  We even do expert repairs!
